What if I’m not sure which flavor I’ll like?

That’s what this pack is for : 14 packets, 2 of each of 7 flavors. Try them all, then pick your favorite.

Does it have that typical protein powder taste?

Every flavor has crunchy bits that add flavor and texture, so it is not a plain shake. Taste is personal, so the variety pack helps you find yours.

Can I have it as a light meal?

Along with 19-22 g of protein per packet, the crunchy toppings give you something to chew, which can help you feel fuller. Each packet has 150-170 calories, depending on the flavor. Hunger varies by person.

How do I make it?

Pour your favorite liquid into the pouch up to the lower line for THICK & RICH or the upper line for LIGHT & SMOOTH. Close the cap, shake well, and enjoy.

What allergens or warnings should I know?

This product carries a California Prop 65 warning (see packaging for full text). All flavors contain milk, soy, and almonds. Some also contain wheat, peanut, sesame, or coconut. Check the ingredients list and label for your flavor.
