I’ve been using this jump rope for a few weeks, and it’s held up really well even with daily workouts. The rotation is smooth and doesn’t tangle, wich helps keep a steady rhythm while trainig. The bearings work efficiently and minimize friction. The length is easy to adjust for different heights. Lightweight, Smooth Spin. A Bit Tricky to Adjust.
This is a great jump rope for the price. It’s lightweight, and the spin is really smooth.The only issue I had was adjusting the length. I tried re-clasping it, but it was still too long for me. I eventually had to cut a few inches off. The steel wires were really tough to get through, even with wire cutters (don’t even try to use scissors). So just keep that in mind if you’re planning to shorten it

Great customer service. Product is as advertised. I have been using it now since I purchased it and it is continuing to function as it did the day I received it. Good value I’d say. Very durable I like the way the rope rotates in the handles. And the length adjustment is kind of neat although being new to jump ropes it’s taking me a little bit of time to figure it out and get it just right for me so I’d say length adjustment is effective.

Easy to use with fairly mid quality
Great basic rope. Used it for a couple of months a few days a week, but the cord kept breaking around the handle. It would either snap or fall out. Honestly, it was a good re-entry to jump roping, however, if you plan to do it long term, get a better quality set up.
